New Years Goals

~physical~
walk a minimum of 30 minutes daily
watch more carefully what i put into my body

~spiritual~
read the scriptures a minimum of 15 minutes daily
say personal and family prayers daily
express more gratitude to friends, family, and my Heavenly Father
say please and thank-you more

~mental~

read a minimum of 12 books (4 fun, 4 great literary works, 4 non-fiction)
do some sort of meditation (ie yoga) twice a week
develop musical skills (piano and guitar) thru daily practice
learn more about photography thru reading and practical application

~financial~
finally get the credit card paid off
be prepared to live out of the country for a year
