Yesterday was Maria's 2nd Birthday.
It's hard to believe that she was born 2 whole entire years ago!!
The time has sure flown.
In the morning we had a little puppy themed party with the kids from church that are her age.
We had an obstacle course that included the "balance beam" which was walking a stick, then crawling under the kitchen table (which is Maria's cave) and then thru the tunnel & jumping on the chair.
We had puppy chow, scooby snacks, jello jigglers, carrots, grapes, sandwiches, & cupcakes picnic style (aka. on the floor). The cupcakes had a paw print on them... I tried to do a fire-hydrant one also, but that didn't work out so well (as you can see)
Maria got some great gifts & had a WONDERFUL time. She keeps wanting the other kids to come back to play more!!

WoW! I can't believe Maria is two and that John will be two too. Great idea for her birthday party. Everything looked fantastic.
Happy Birthday Maria! I of course LOVE the puppy theme... I should have sent you up a real puppy!
