Sage...

It's taking over and I don't know what to do with it, there's so much. I know it's a poultry seasoning... so I could dry it. I've also made a brown butter sage sauce that goes with butternut squash ravioli that's really good. Other than those two things I don't know what to do... does anyone have any suggestions?

If you're breastfeeding and what to quit and dry up really fast sage tea is incredible...it worked for me after Taela (who's middle name, incidentally is Sage). That reminds me-on Memorial Day we bought a Blue Hill (I think) Sage plant to be in honor of her and it's still sitting in our garage waiting to be planted!

I love sage, it is yummy on just about any italian dish. I have a tomat bisque recipe that uses tons of sage if you want it, and is really yummy!
